杏仁塔皮可以做來冷凍收藏哦。家庭式小份的食譜,自己在家做不會擔心吃不完。每次想吃就取出4個塔皮做小份量,想要一次過做完塔皮可以將內餡的食譜乘三😁

材料 INGREDIENTS

杏仁塔皮 ALMOND TART SHELL
[做 make 12]
[~170c 15mins~]
150g 低筋麵粉 LOW GLUTEN FLOUR
30g 杏仁粉 ALMOND POWDER
50g 糖粉 ICING SUGAR
100g 冷藏牛油 COLD BUTTER
1 雞蛋 EGG

芝士內餡 CHEESE FILLING 
[做 make 4]
[~170c 15mins~]
50g 奶油乳酪 CREAM CHEESE
30g 瑪斯卡彭 MASCARPONE CHEESE
20g 糖 SUGAR
60g 鮮奶油 FRESH CREAM
1/2tsp 檸檬汁 LEMON JUICE
1tsp 玉米粉 CORN STARCH

表面 GREASE
1/2 蛋黃 EGG YOLK(烘前 before bake)
1tsp 融化牛油 MELTED BUTTER(烘後 after bake)
